Grilled Rack Of Lamb, Mint Tabuleh, Eggplant Chips

· Rack of Lamb 150 gr
· Cous cous 25 gr
· Batter
· Baby eggplant shape 5 piece
· Eggplant roasted 45 gr
· Chickpea pane 25 gr
· Red pepper purée 30 gr
· Salt 4gr
· Black pepper 2 gr
· Sunflower oil 80 ml
· Olive oil 15 ml
· Fresh mint 1 gr
PREPARATİON:
· Rack of lamb, after olive oil and salted,
fist time make grill after cook in pre head oven 160 oC the oven about 20 minute .
· Add one Glass hot Chicken stock to Cous Cous , same better ,salt and pepper cover and wait for 10 minute then add mix chopped mint.
· Deep-fry Shape egg plant and chickpea pane
