Şişirilmiş Ekmek, Dana rozbif ve Tatlı hardal sosu ile


Air Bread ingredients
-          6 gr Fresh yeast
-          2 gr Sugar
-          250 gr All-purpose flour
-          25 gr Melted butter
-          100 gr Warm water
-          2 gr salt
-          2 gr Sea salt to spinkle on the top
Air Bread Preparation
Stir together  sugar, water,yeast, and blow of stand mixer. Let stand 5 minutes to proof yeast. Add flour , butter. Beat on low spead for 10 minutes or until dough comes together. Remuve bowl From mier, cover and let dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Refrigerate Bowl overnigt. Next day transfer Dough to warm place. Prehead oven to 230 C. Prepare   line Sheet tray withparchment pepper . Divide dough in half, roll out one Piece dough using a rolling pin about 2 mm Thick.
Cut dough into 4 cm squares and place them on sheet tray. Bake for 5 minutes until dough puffs up and turns golden brown. Let cool down. Place same mustard cream and a slice of Roast beef on top of the air Bread. Sprinkle sea salt flakes and chopped Chives
Serve immediately
